maintenance calls each year - one each heating and cooling season.

approval); to prevent breakdown and maintain efficiency. Our
inspections and checks include the following:
pulleys and belts
contacts and relays
for clean filters
fan limit switch
Priority Emergency Service: Should you have a
breakdown, our own dispatched service technicians
will respond to your call
as a priority service call. We service our Preferred Service Policy customers
Dehumidifiers, humidifiers, electronic air cleaners, media filters, and
thermostats may be covered under the Service Plan for an additional charge.
The compressor, heat exchanger, coils or electric heat elements will be replaced
at no charge ONLY
when covered by manufacturer's warranty. If repair falls
out of warranty period; there will be a charge.
Occasional circuit breaker
tripping caused by fluctuation of power supply cannot be covered by this policy.

Maintenance: Four maintenance calls each year - each call quarterly.
Purpose: to inspect
and to advise you of any needed repair. (No repairs are
made without your approval); to prevent
breakdown and maintain efficiency.
Our inspections and checks include the following:
volts-amps on compressors
volts-amps on condenser fans
volts-amps on evaporator fans
limit & safeties
heat exchanger, bonnet, all flue ways
overall cleanliness of heating section
||condensate pan, drain & pump
lubricate blower fans & motors
shafts & bearings-condenser fans
evaporator temp. differential
visual check for leaks
suction pressure cutout
suction pressure & discharge pressure
refrigeration charge, hi-low superheat
draft fan for dirt & rust
All contracts include an annual chemical cleaning of your evaporator &
Priority Emergency Service: Should you

Discount on Repairs: When you become a Swift
Air Mechanical Commercial Service Policy holder
you are entitled to a 15%
discount on all parts and equipment installed while under contract.
Benefits of Maintenance
Clean Condenser Coils
condenser coils will raise refrigerant pressure higher than needed, increasing
your electric bill. Cleaning the coils will keep your equipment at maximum
efficiency while at the same time, saving you money.
The refrigerant charge is checked by measuring
temperature differential and determining electrical demand on the compressor or
by reading the pressure gauges. A low or high refrigerant charge can easily go
unnoticed and increase operating costs. An improper charge can also cause
compressor shut-down. Periodic checks on refrigerant levels can lower your
energy bills and prevent future repairs.
Inspect and Clean Out
Clogged drains can increase the humidity level in
extensive water damage. Proper maintenance of the condensate drain can prevent
unwanted repair calls.
Inspect Blower Wheels
wheels reduce air flow, causing longer operating time and increased energy cost.
This problem can lead to lost comfort and compressor failure. Avoid wasting your
energy dollars by verifying that your maintenance includes a thorough check and
cleaning of your blower system.
