That’s why we strongly recommend a maintenance plan for our customers, regardless of who installed their units. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Or, as we like to say, “One maintenance visit is worth a bunch of fixes!” 

All maintenance plans include a 15% Discount on both parts & labor for any repairs.

In the event of a breakdown, if you need emergency service, our dispatched service technicians will respond to your call as a priority service call. We service our Preferred Service Policy customers first.

There is no labor charge when we repair the unit or replace parts, including brush cleanings (chemical cleanings incur additional fees).

Over 24 different parts and controls will be replaced or repaired if needed. Note that the compressor, heat exchanger, coils, and electric heat elements will be replaced at no charge only when covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If repair falls out of the warranty period; there will be a charge. Occasional circuit breaker tripping caused by a fluctuation of power supply cannot be covered by this policy.

Need more covered? Dehumidifiers, humidifiers, electronic air cleaners, media filters, and programmable thermostats may be covered under the Service Plan for an additional charge.
